The Journal of Science and Development Economic Nam Can Tho University would like to sincerely thank the professors and researchers who have accepted our invitation to serve as reviewers. The peer review process will be conducted using the following form:

In evaluating a manuscript, reviewers should focus on the following:

- Originality and novelty

- Relevance to Journal scope

- Literature review

- Research design and methodology

- Quality of data-analysis

- Clarity and organization of writing

- Significance of findings

- Referencing and citation

- Comments to the authors:

Please provide constructive feedback, specific suggestions, and questions that can help the author improve the manuscript.

Strengths:
- The topic is practical and relevant to the journal's scope

- The manuscript shows potential contributions to theory/practice.

Major issues:
- (e.g., The methodology is not clearly described, and sample selection lacks justification.)
- (e.g., Literature review does not include recent studies from the last 5 years.)

Minor issues:
- (e.g., Grammatical errors need correction, especially in the abstract and conclusion.)
- (e.g., Figures and tables should be numbered consistently and cited in the text.)

Suggestions for improvement:
- (e.g., Clarify the research questions/hypotheses in the introduction.)
- (e.g., Improve the structure of the discussion to align better with the results.)
- (e.g., Use APA 7th edition citation style consistently.)

Overall Recommendation:

- Accept

- Accept with minor revisions
