NOTIFICATION OF ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE (APC)

Pursuant to Decision No. 14/QD-CTHDT-DHNCT dated January 26, 2026, issued by the Chairman of the University Council of Nam Can Tho University regarding the collection of publication fees for the Journal of Science and Development Economics.

The regulations concerning the APC for authors are as follows:

- External main authors (not affiliated with Nam Can Tho University):

  • Vietnamese manuscripts: 1,500,000 VND/article.
  • English manuscripts: 2,000,000 VND/article.

- Main authors who are MSc. Students or PhD Candidates at Nam Can Tho University:

  • Disciplines accredited by the State Council for Professorship:
    • Vietnamese manuscripts: 1,000,000 VND/article.
    • English manuscripts: 1,200,000 VND/article.
  • Non-accredited disciplines:
    • Vietnamese manuscripts: 800,000 VND/article.
    • English manuscripts: 1,000,000 VND/article.

Payment procedure:

  1. Payment method: Upon passing the preliminary screening, authors are required to pay the fee via bank transfer using the following details:
    • Account name: TRUONG DAI HOC NAM CAN THO
    • Account number: 127000061801
    • Bank: Vietinbank – Can Tho Branch (Ngân hàng Vietinbank – Chi nhánh Cần Thơ)
    • Transfer description: Author Full Name. Phone Number. Article Processing Charge
  2. Confirmation: After completing the transaction, authors must send a copy of the payment receipt/transaction confirmation to: tapchikh_ktpt@nctu.edu.vn.

Notes:

  • The publication fee is collected immediately after the manuscript is accepted for the peer-review process.
  • The fee is non-refundable in cases where the manuscript is rejected following the review process or if the author decides to withdraw the submission.
