Các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng và sự mến mộ của khách du lịch nội địa đối với thành phố biển Sầm Sơn, tỉnh Thanh Hóa

Abstract

The study aimed at finding factors affecting the satisfaction and admiration of domestic tourists to the coastal city, Sam Son. Research data was collected from the results of a direct survey of 520 tourists visiting Sam Son city. The results of SEM model show that there are 05 factors affecting satisfaction according to the level of decreasing influence: Natural conditions; Accommodation establishments; Catering and entertainment; Security, order and safety; finally means of transportation; and from satisfaction affects admiration of domestic tourists. From the research results, the author proposes the suggestions and recommendations to contribute to improving the satisfaction and admiration of tourists in the future.
