Abstract

As the legal document with the highest legal value, the Constitution stipulates the most important and fundamental issues about political, economic, cultural and social regimes, basic rights and obligations of citizens, organization of state apparatus including traditional social values. Social values clearly expressed in the Constitution include: Learning; Family value; solidarity, mutual love, drinking water remembering its source. These social values have been born and promoted positively throughout the history of building and maintaining the country, which has characterized the Vietnamese society and served as a basis for society to exist and develop sustainably
