Abstract

Decree 62/2019/ND-CP was issued to amend and supplement a number of articles of Decree 35/2015/ND-CP on the management and use of rice cultivation land, which was recognized as one of the important tools. Especially to protect rice cultivation land. However, these regulations still have some issues to discuss and discuss. The paper focuses on analyzing the shortcomings in the mechanism to protect the rice land fund, and provides some suggestions and recommendations to complete this mechanism in the current period.
