Abstract

Meeting with voters of delegates of Vietnam National Assembly and People's Council is both an activity to capture voters' thoughts and aspirations, as well as data that helps the National Assembly and People's Council monitor and decide important issues of the country. But at present, regulations on voter meeting are not complete and confused with dialogue activities with the people, making citizens' rights more or less affected. Therefore, the theoretical and practical study of the independence of the delegates of VietNam National Assembly and People's Council is necessary, in order to develop and perfect the law on voter meeting, improve the quality of monitoring activities of the VietNam National Assembly and the People's Council.
