Abstract

In recent years, rural tourism has become a new form of entertainment and tourism. Rural tourism caters to the need of modern people, it has developed rapidly in many regions throughout the country. The emergence of rural tourism satisfies the desire of urban population to return to life in nature, thereby opens up a new direction for the tourism industry' to develop. As a developing economy rooted in agriculture, Viet Nam attaches great importance to the reform and development of large rural areas. Currently, the National Target Program has included the focus of the New Rural construction. The development of rural tourism in Vietnam has become an important channel for balancing and narrowing the development gap between urban and rural areas. Research on the relationship between rural tourism development and new rural construction will certainly promote the development of rural tourism and the new rural construction policy in our country.
