Abstract

State management of small and medium-sized enterprises in the local private sector has a direct impact on the development of this sector. In recent years, this has achieved remarkable results. However, with the requirement of strongly developing the private economy to become the driving force of economic development under the direction of the Party, it is necessary to further innovate the state management of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region. private sector at the local level. Within the scope of the article, the author presents the necessity of state management for small and medium-sized that enterprises in the private sector; experience it at the provincial level in some countries around the world and lessons for Vietnam.
