Abstract

Escrow is a security measure to promote investors to implement projects quickly and effectively, avoiding the situation that the project is "left open", causing waste and loss of State assets. Although this regulation has made a lot of progress, there are still many related shortcomings. The article summarizes the analysis of current laws related to the escrow obligations of investors for real estate business projects; pointed out the difficulties and inadequacies of the Law on Investment, the Law on Enterprises on the issue of escrow when applying the law in practice. At the same time, give solutions and recommendations to improve the law.
