Nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý Nhà nước trong phát triển kinh tế tư nhân ở Việt Nam hiện nay

Abstract

Over 35 years of renovation, many major decisions of the Party on private economic development have been issued and implemented. The role and position of the private economy has been gradually recognized and affirmed by our Party, from the 9th Party Congress determining the position of the private economy as having a "long-term important position" to the 2nd Congress. The X and XI "play an important role, being one of the driving forces of the economy" and in Resolution 10-NQ/TW of the 5th Plenum of the 12th Central Committee continued to affirm the role and position of the economy. The private sector "is an important driving force of the economy", thereby showing that the private economy in Vietnam has been increasingly valued and encouraged to develop in order to create new breakthroughs favorable for development. In the context of the development of the private economy in the context of Vietnam's international integration, one of the decisions that needs special attention is to improve the efficiency of state management of the private economy.
