Abstract

After more than three decades of innovation with much success achieved in practice, creating a positive effect on the path of deep integration into international life. From an overall perspective, the development path of the nation cannot lack the prerequisite imprint of the new legal thinking ideology; of market economy development; building a socialist rule-of-law state of the people, by the people and for the people. However, the "hot" development in many areas has been posing a reality that requires rapid creation of a new, open legal framework for deep, multilateral integration especially the economic integration associated with stability and sustainable development. In that sense, renewing legal thinking is a prerequisite for renewing the legal institutional process. There are many difficulties and complexities in terms of trends and actual adjustment methods. The article focuses on explaining a number of issues on innovation of law-building thinking in our country today.
