Impacts of communication activities on recognition of the Naturenz hepatotoxic label in Can Tho city was conducted using data from 176 respondents who are consumers in Can Tho city. Exploratory factor and linear regression analysis show that advertising, public relations, direct sales, sales promotion, direct marketing have positive influence on recognition of the Naturenz hepatotoxic label. Suggestion of measures about advertising, public relations, direct sales, sales promotion, direct marketing were proposed in helping to improve the effectiveness of communication activities of the liver detoxification label to consumers.
