Abstract

Studying the factors affecting the employee's organizational attachment to Company 622, Military Region IX with the objective to identify the factors affecting the organizational engagement of company employees, thereby giving out governance implications to enhance employee's cohesion with the organization. Through qualitative research to determine scales, models and quantitative to measure the impact of factors on the association. The proposed research model includes 08 factors, with 36 observed variables (in which: 7 original components (34 observed variables); 01 dependent factors mediate satisfaction with 04 observed variables. Data were from surveying 200 employees of the company 622. Analysis results has identified no differences according to individual characteristics: gender, seniority, education level, age. Finally, giving the administrative implications of factors to improve cohesion, and at the same time highlighting the limitations of the topic and the next research direction.
