Abstract

As a developing country, Vietnam entered The Fourth Industrial Revolution with its advantages and disadvantages. It is important that the Communist Party and the Government made decisions early and create the foundation elements for this process of objective integration. The results of the digital revolution and artificial intelligence will cause change in thinking and structure of people's social aspect in the fields of economy, politics, security and defense. This article analyze the legal matters which is related to commercial and scientific development 4.0 in Vietnam.
