Abstract

Ward People's Committee is the executive organ of the People's Council of the same level, directly implementing the resolutions of the People's Council at the same level and of the higher-level state agencies, playing a very important role in the local government system. However, by studying the provisions of the Law on Local Government Organization in 2015, some regulations on organization and operation of the People's Committee of the ward are not really suitable, not specific and difficult. This article focuses on analyzing a number of shortcomings in the legal regulations on organization and operation of the People's Committee of the ward, and on that basis makes recommendations to further improve the legal provisions on organization and operation of ward government.
