Abstract

The Land Law 2013 has many important amendments in the legal policy related to compensation, support, resettlement and agricultural land use rights. However, along with the socio-economic development, the practice of land law implementation always raises issues that need to be corrected and supplemented in the construction and law enforcement. The paper focuses on analyzing the inconsistencies in current regulations related to mechanisms to stabilize life and production when the State recovers agricultural land and related issues arising from the Land Law. 2013 belts need to be amended and supplemented.
