Abstract

Vietnam has achieved remarkable development in the process of integration to the world market. The country position has been enhanced in the international and regional arena. In addition to the results achieved, as the international integration tendency becoming far more widespread than ever before, the country is increasingly face new opportunities and challenges. The national competition in the economic field is increasingly becoming more serious, but competitive advantage belongs to any country with high quality of human resources, meeting social needs and international market standards. Currently, in Vietnam there are a number of college graduates who are unemployed or cannot find suitable jobs, while the labor demand of enterprises is very large. What causes that the supply is not linked to the demand for labor? According to the research, the researcher has shown in details that the training of human resources has not met the needs of society and international integration because investment budget for education and training is low, there is a lack of information on labor demand for ecasts, the national database on labor. The quality of lecturers is low, the number of doctorate holders/lecturers is not sufficient (12.43%). Inadequate training programs with business and social needs; shortage of textbooks, learning materials and research; Especially, foreign language competence (English) of students is not good, so they are the barriers for integration. The researcher proposed some solutions based on the mentioned problems: There must be a combination of three parties (State, School and Entrepreneurs); They have to renovate education and training, equip knowledge with vocational training in the direction of application and practice, develop a list of occupations, forecasting human resources, intensify education quality inspection, renovate the contents, programs and teaching methods towards international
