Abstract

This research attempted to examine factors affecting job satisfaction among blue-collar workers in group Ninh Kieu Hotel and Restaurant such as Ninh Kieu Riverside and Ninh Kieu 2 o f 622 One Member Limited Liability Company, by interviewed 160 workers. Cronbach's alpha, exploratory factor, T-test, ANOVA and linear multiple regression were used. The results show that there are seven main factors affecting, arranged by reducing the importance such as job characteristics, opportunities for training and promotion, income, leadership style, colleagues, empowerment and organizational culture. From that, the research reveals some suggestions for management to enhance job satisfaction.
