A good or bad, successful or unsuccessful company depends on the enthusiasm and initiative of the workforce. In fact, the motivation of employees is critical to the survival and development of the business. Tra Vinh province is developing rapidly, the maintenance of labour force in the province is really necessary. This study analyzes thefactors that influence on working motivation of workers in Long Due industrial zone to improve motivation for labourers in industrial zones. The study surveyed 300 labourers working in the industrial zone and applied scale reliability check, factor analysis and multiple linear regression. The study found eight factors affecting the motivation of employees in the industrial zone (I) salary. (2) promotion opportunities, (3) corporate policies, (4) working environment, (5) living conditions.
infrastructure, (7) business reputation, (8) corporate culture. Promotion, corporate policies and corporate culture are the strongest factors. The research results are an important suggestion in setting up plans and personnel strategies for enterprises in Long Due Industrial Park.
