This study aims to evaluate the level of career responsiveness of tourism and hospitality graduates in Mekong Delta. A survey of 120 university graduates who are working in tourism industry in Mekong Delta was conducted to fulfill the aims of this paper. The key finding of the research revealed that majority of students’ reported that training output standards at universities (a cluster of knowledge, skills and attitude) have not met career needs. Four factors including working experience (KT2), English language skills (KN3), problemsolving skills (KN7) and professional skills (KN4) are considered having lower expectation than other… requirement factors.
