The research mainly aimed to examine the use of Bacillus subtilis probiotics to hydrolyze Pangasius catfish (Pangasius hypophthalmus) by-products as a biofertilizer for producing organic and safe vegetables. The results showed that the optimal ratio of supplement ingredients of 1.14% Bacillus subtilis probiotics, pH 5.7, and salt 9.5% created the highest hydrolysis of 55.63g/kg. In addition, the initial step of producing fertilizers which was mixing 25% hydrolyzed solution in combination with 75% of fillers (75% peat taken from the locality with 25% of pond bottom mud).
