Construction of rural transport infrastructure in Vinh Loi district, Bac Lieu from 2016 to 2020 have brought practical results. Specifically: The inter-commune road, the commune axis connecting the main axis to the administrative center of the commune and town includes 07 routes, 39,566 km long, 100% asphalted, hardened (of which 06 routes are asphalted, 36,266 km long, concretize one 3.3 km long route). Hamlet and inter-hamlet trunk roads have hardened at 43/53 routes with a total length of 169,862 / 212,157 km (reaching 80.06%). Lane roads are hardened 259/259 routes with a total length of 236,395 km (reaching 100%). However, the budgeting mechanism for project management and construction project management model still shows many shortcomings, leading to many mistakes in the management of construction activities; The investment capital management is still limited, the capacity for the performance of infrastructure construction activities has not met the current requirements, leading to the results of construction, project management, accordingly, it should be improved..., Some important basic and rural construction projects are delayed due to lack of investment capital, weak contractor capacity... The article analyzes the factors affecting the management of infrastructure construction activities. In recent years, through that time, some solutions for management of rural transport infrastructure construction in Vinh Loi District, Bac Lieu and Vietnam in general have been proposed.
