Viet Nam has great potential for tourism development. The problem is how travel and tourism businesses operate effectively in the competitive market and to meet the demand of tourist customers. This research was carried out to test the relationship between knowledge management, organizational learning and organizational performance in travel and tourism agents in Ho Chi Minh City. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze and testing the relationship from data collected from 299 managers who are working in the travel agents in HCM City. Results show that the factors of knowledge management influence directly and indirectly on firm performance through organizational learning.
