Phân tích chất lượng nhân lực du lịch tại điểm du lịch Cồn Sơn thành phố Cần Thơ

Abstract

This article aims at providing an empirical result of the assessment of the tourism-related professional competences through the survey of 100 visitors experiencing in Con Son Island, Can Tho city. Basing upon the descriptive analysis from the survey, it is found that more than 50% of the asked visitors have expressed their assessment of the professional competences to tourism employees at the good level; especially to the average score of the employee’s attitude was recorded at 3.95 per 5.0 points. This factor is higher than the two groups of factor, including knowledge (3.41/5.0) and skills (3.45/5.0).
