In the face of a volatile market economy, the determination of the State land price so close to the market price has been one of the important and urgent issues today. Realizing that the problem of land price still has many shortcomings, the State's land price is not suitable with the market price, which is the main cause of public opinion, damage to people and loss of budget revenue. Therefore, the content of this article is to identify the problems and shortcomings in the provisions of the law on land prices, and propose some appropriate solutions to complete the land pricing mechanism, ensure a relatively uniform price of land between the State price and the market price.
