Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing and pointing out inadequacies surrounding the 2013 Land Law provisions on land allocation, land lease, and change of land use purposes. From there, proposing solutions to improve the mechanism of land allocation, land lease, change of land use purpose Land Law in Vietnam today.
