Abstract

The study was carried out to assess the organization culture strength and limit of Khan Quang Do Newspaper and find the solution to perfect the model of organization culture of Khan Quang Do newspaper in line with future expections. Determination of the current and expected organizational structure to propose the improvement measures of Khan Quang Do Newspaper following the organizational model culture expectations.
