Factors influencing the organizational commitment of employees working at Nam Can Tho University were analyzied using Sundaray organizational commitment model and a survey of 238 lecturers and employees who are working at the University. Analysis showed that the 5 factors that affect organizational commitment sorted from high to low are: salary and equity, leadership style, job support, work and life, career development and training opportunities. The factors nature of work, working environment, bonus welfare policies do not affect the organizational commitment of employees working at Nam Can Tho University. Regression analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference in employee's commitment to organizational commitment by job position, gender, marital status, and age.
