Abstract

Land acquisition in accordance with annual land use plan(s) within district level is one of prerequisites for investors to be able to implement their project(s) on schedule. The mechanism of land acquisition in accordance with annual land use plan(s) is operated based on administrative decisions made by competent state authorities, which creates both opportunities and challenges in practice. Researching this issue and suggesting solutions are supposed to help improve governmental regulations of land. Based on that, the current article focuses on analysing the opportunities, challenges and suggesting solutions for the practice of land acquisition in accordance with annual land use plan(s) within district level to take place more smoothly in the future.
