Abstract

The Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party clearly states: "Continue to strongly renew thinking, build and complete synchronously the institution for sustainable development in economy, politics, culture, society, environment, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles; arouse all potentials and resources, create new impetus for the rapid and sustainable development of the country... To comprehensively and synchronously improve the institutions for the development of a socialist-oriented market economy, creating favorable environment to mobilize, allocate and use resources effectively, promote investment, production and business. Ensure macroeconomic stability, strongly renovate the growth model, restructure the economy, accelerate industrialization and modernization of the country. The article mainly delves into the aspects of legal thinking on building and perfecting the private economic institution in Vietnam today
