Factors affecting work motivation of office emloyees at Petroleum Equipment Assembly & Metal Structure Co. (PVC-MS) are conducted from a thorough literature review, theoretical background and previous related studies. The research used quantitative research methods including assessing scale reliability, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and regression analysis. The results indicated seven factors affecting employee’s motivation, arranging from largest to lowest effect, as follow: interesting and challenges work, stability, autonomy, working conditions, income and benefit, recognition and relationship with colleagues. From the results of the study, the management implications are proposed to improve the motivation of office workers at metal structure and oil and gas machinery installation companies.
