This study aimed to analyse factors influencing students’ ability to find jobs at Vinh Long College of Economics and Finance after graduation. The influencing factors were measured and tested by Cronbach’s alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis and Binary Logistic regression. 250 students who graduated from 2016 to 2018 were surveyed about issues of employability using a questionnaire. The results of analysis revealed that the factors affecting the ability to find a job were Hard skills, Soft skills, Ability to work, Level of proficiency in a foreign language, and Academic performance, among which hard skills were the most influential factor. To improve students’ ability to find jobs after graduation, there are different groups of solutions for students, our college and headhunters.
