Abstract

In generally, enterprise management and especially joint stock company in particular plays a very important role, contributing to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of enterprises and ensuring legal rights and interests for investors. In this article, the author points out the limitations and inadequacies and makes some recommendations to provide to the improvement of Vietnamese legal regulations related to joint stock company management.
