The research objective is to analyze the factors affecting work cohesion of civil servants and officials for Can Tho City Department of Transportation and Communication. Qualitative research methods is used to determine models and quantitative measures to assess the influence of factors affecting cohesion. From domestic and foreign reference documents, 173 survey respondents participated in the research, using SPSS processing software, the results are as follow Nature of work (B = 0,307); Salary, bonus and welfare (B = 0,303); Relations with colleagues (B = 0,279); Working conditions (B = 0,233); finally the Training and Advancement Opportunity (B = 0,151). Based on the obtained results, the study provides management implications to increase the cohesion of civil servants and officials within Can Tho City Department of Transport.
