Thực trạng và giải pháp thúc đẩy đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài tại Việt Nam

Abstract

Direct foreign investment (FDI) has been playing an important role in contribution to economic growth in Viet Nam. FDI has contributed significantly to employment and improving the skills and technical expertise of domestic workers.

However, the strong inflow of FDI to Viet Nam in the recent years also brings debate issues. While attraction of FDI and how to use this investment efficiently are important, good policies are need to guide the FDI in boosting economic development, employment creation, protection of benefits of FDI and domestic firms and long-term macroeconomic development stability.
