Các quy trình về đình công theo pháp luật lao động Việt Nam - bất cập và hướng hoàn thiện

Abstract

In Vietnam, the phenomenon of strikes is becoming more and more common, most of them are illegal, which violate regulations on order and legal procedures; However, in terms of content, the majority of them is legal which is from completely legitimate requirements. Is the current regulations of our country on strikes inconsistent with the reality, thus partly restricting the exercise of the right to strike of workers? The following article highlights some shortcomings and offers a number of solutions to contribute to improving the feasibility of regulations on strike, in order to further protect workers from the pressure of employers, employment and income.
