Abstract

Cooperative is a collective economic model, a highly social economic organization, cooperative has been an effective and cooperative economic model in the field of business. economy that countries are aiming to create a cohesive economic model among business individuals, supporting each other for mutual development. However, because it is a cooperative model, the management and coordination of cooperative activities is extremely important.
The writer realizes that, in the process of forming and managing cooperatives, there are still some obstacles in the governing law, making it difficult to manage as well as ensure the rights and interests of the members participating in the cooperative. The content of this article identifies the problems that need to be overcome as well as the difficulties in the implementation of the provisions of the law, and the writer proposes solutions to overcome these difficulties and create favorable conditions for the application of the provisions of law in the management of cooperatives.
